Reap Holding — from a domain-experienced founding team — grew into a group of companies spanning technology engineering, sales & distribution, and nationwide field service — each one reinforcing the others. Where Smart Scientific Solutions builds the technology, Reap Solutions brings it to market, and Reap Service keeps it running in the field.

That structure is deliberate. Hospitals and ministries don't need another vendor — they need a partner who can design a system, deliver it, and stand behind it for the life of the equipment. Reap Holding was built to be that partner, at the scale of governorates and ministries, not individual clinics.

Today the group operates from Egypt with active engagements across the GCC, Jordan, and Iraq, and a growing footprint across Africa — Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and Morocco — and the Americas, through Colombia and Canada, as the group's digital agenda accelerates across every market it serves.
